Returns & Exchanges

At KLOS Guitars, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your instrument, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Pack Your Instrument

  Carefully place the guitar and all original accessories back into their original protective packaging to ensure the item is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned instrument, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
